Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your hostelweb subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services. Once a payment has been made for a subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually), it is non-refundable. We offer a free trial period to allow you to evaluate our services. We encourage you to use this trial to determine if the service is a good fit for your needs before committing to a paid plan. No refunds will be issued after a trial period ends and a paid subscription begins. In rare cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of hostelweb, such as in the event of a significant service outage or a billing error on our part.
