You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription by navigating to the "Subscription" section within your owner dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current, prepaid billing period.
  • Continued Access: You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees once a payment has been processed. All sales are considered final.

  • No Refunds for Partial Use: We do not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or for any features or services that you have not used.
  • Free Tier / Trial Period: We offer a free tier ("BedStart") to allow you to evaluate our service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage all users to take advantage of this to ensure HostelWeb meets their needs before upgrading.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, such as a proven technical error on our part that prevents you from using the Service, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HostelWeb. To request a refund under such circumstances, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the payment.
