By accessing and using the hostelweb platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. hostelweb provides a management platform for hostels and PGs. You are responsible for all data you input into the service and for complying with all applicable laws related to your business operations. Fees for our services are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In no event shall hostelweb be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.
